We're sorry you didn't love your purchase. Please contact us at cs@karabeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return.
You can return your products (new & used) within 14 days of when you received the order. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Pre-paid shipping labels are not available.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Our team will confirm the cancellation and refund of the purchase once the purchase has been cancelled successfully.
When an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to intercept the package.

Pre-orders will be charged at the time of placing your order.
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, contact cs@karabeauty.com before the date the product is set to ship.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once a shipping label has been created.

Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated and the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
If no sales taxes are due, none will be charged.
